News for the first tournament is out and it's time to start preparing. Practices are beginning to get scheduled, so make sure you are doing what you can personally to prep for another successful year.
Ideas to prep for a new Season:
1. Make sure you are getting the proper rest.
2.Drink at least 32 ounces of water a day.
3. Start working out
4. Eat a healthy diet
5. Run or practice the sport on your own for at least 1-2 hours a day
